I feel like this picture shows us that this man is not ready to take on big responsibilities in his life. He is still at a stage where he wants to be young and free, not locked down by any life changing commitments or responsibilities. Perhaps he is even a little concerned that babies and responsibilities and stuff of that sort are in his near future. Either way he looks very out of his element in this photo.
This picture shows us that the father isn't to happy or good at feeding his child. He looks nervous and slightly disgusted. Usually feeding a child is associated with mothers doing it, so it shows how this dad is not really ready to be a father. He is not ready for the responsibility of a child, and needs to get used to it. The baby doesn't really show us anything other than that he is hungry and needs to be fed. But the Dad looks really uneasy with what he is doing.
