This dual-image set appears to show us a picture of a male with his father and his mother. They are close to each other so one could assume they are blood relatives at the least. They are fairly well dressed and seem happy in both photos. This suggests that they could possibly be going out for a family event/ gathering. Judging by the individuals' faces, it does not seems that a great time gap occurred between photographs. This might give us a more concrete relationship timeline between the three people.

The second picture here shows the rule of thirds with the placement of the two people. The man's eyes are located at the "top-left" third and the woman's eyes are located at "bottom-right" third. The viewer will be attracted first to at least one of the two people here based on their location. Also, neither person is seen as more important than the other since they split the "thirds" evenly.
